Updating your account details in Outlook
If you get this far and everything has worked well, then the next bit shouldn’t take too long.
ConCom will have sent you your new email account details, for the new server a while before we swapped your website over.
These are the instructions of where to put them in Outlook.
STEP BY STEP GUIDE
- Start up outlook.
- Go to Tools > Accounts
- Click Select the account you want to update. If you're not sure which one, it's most likely the default account.
- To update the account click Properties.
- 5 Tabs should be visible and as you are keeping the same email address. You should only need to change the servers tab.
- Select the Servers tab.
- Incoming mail
- Outgoing Mail
- Click Apply > OK
Once this is complete your Email should be working correctly and you can now send and receive mail via your mail software.
Your Basic Webmail is now an advance Mail box has been upgraded from 50mb storage to 15Gb storage and the account had also been upgraded from holding 50 mails to 2500 mails.
You can still use webmail if you wish, though please contact us for the new webmail address here.
Also you can set up the email to work on an iPhone or blackberry, again contact us here and I’ll send you over the details you will need.
